The skateboarding game 720° (Buy on eBay) was developed by Atari and released as an arcade game before finding its way to various systems including the Nintendo Entertainment System. The game’s name refers to a skateboarding trick where the skateboarder makes two full revolutions (720 degrees) in the air after jumping off of a ramp.
The game features a smiling young skateboarder with 100 bucks who must work his way through four classes of skateboarding difficulty. This includes ramp, downhill, slalom, and jump. Money can be earned or found in order to upgrade equipment including shoes, a new board, pads, or a helmet. Don’t take too long or you will get the message “Skate or Die” and killer bees will start chasing you.
