Master Higgins returns in Adventure Island II (Buy on eBay). After saving Princess Leilani in the original game, he must now save her sister Tina from the same evil witch doctor. The game takes place across eight different islands in the South Pacific. There are passwords which can be used to start at the various islands.

The sequel features similar elements as the previous game including the stone axe, skateboard, flower, and milk. This time around Master Higgins can also ride on four different dinosaurs which carry special abilities. The Blue Camptosaurus can whip its tail, the Red Camptosauras can spit fire, the Elasmosaurus can swim, and the Pteranodon can fly!
