Adventure Island (Buy on eBay) is a side-scrolling platform game that takes place in the South Pacific. An evil witch doctor has kidnapped Princess Leilani and it is up to Master Higgins to rescue her. The successful game was followed by two sequels released for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

Throughout the game Master Higgins’s energy level will deplete as time passes. The energy level can be refilled by eating fruit, which will add a little bit of energy, or drinking a bottle of milk, which will refill the energy completely. Various items can also be found within eggs to help Master Higgins on his journey. The eggs may contain a stone axe, skateboard, flower, milk, honeygirl, or eggplant. However, do not eat the eggplant, which rapidly takes away energy.
